Chatham - NASA
My favorite part of camp was when we started learning about the planets. I was never really familiar with the planets until now. The camp was so fun - we even got to make our own rocket. We got to do all these really cool experiments that used everyday stuff like bubbles. We got cool take homes that were really handy. We got to play cool games, like telephone. - K.F.
Chatham Robotics Life Forms
My favorite class is the Robotics Life Forms. I did robotics with my friend before but he didn't teach me much. In this class, we had fun and created all sorts of robots that were fun to watch as they rolled around the room. I enjoyed making the robots and programming them. I learned a lot in this class and it was more fun than any other class I took. ~B.W.
International Ivy is the Best!
By: A.G.
International Ivy is one of the best camps I've been to. I like it because the counselors are nice and the classes are fun. My favorite class is video game creation because you can make any type of game you can think of. If I could rate international ivy I would give it 5 starts out of 5.
Chatham Robotics
I am in Robotic life forms. I love it because we build the most exciting things! The best thing I thought we did was build a claw striker. We got to make a claw striker! Awesome! S.L.
NXT Robotics Lifeforms - Chatham
I am in the NXT Robotics Lifeforms class. It is fun building and programming robots that act and look like real animals or lifeforms. My favorite robot was the clawstriker because it was cool how the claw could find a target and attack it all on its own. This is a very fun class and there are many cool activities. Every day we build cool robots and learn many new things. - A.S.

To view specific photos, go to the International Ivy Flickr home page. Click "sets" (which are like albums) and click which sets you would like to view. To download photos, click on the picture, click on the "more" menu in the bottom right corner (which looks like three circles in a line). Next, click "view all sizes" and click a size to download, then download that size to your computer.
The link is available here. You can also Google search "International Ivy Flickr" and it's the second link on the results page.

Week 3 Short Hills Youngsters Build Healthy Bodies during Color War
Happy Feet
This week, Short Hills youngsters are promoting healthy living through physical activity during the color war.
Endurance is being developed as our campers engage in aerobic activities. During aerobic exercise, the heart beats faster and a person breathes harder. When done regularly and for extended periods of time, aerobic activity strengthens the body.
During the color war youngsters are developing many skills.
Team building activities allow kids to enhance their communication skills. It also teaches them how to cooperate with one another in order to accomplish a common goal.
This week's color wars games help youngsters define roles within the group/team. This highlights blossoming leaders as the group indirectly identifies the "chief(s)" .
Morale and productivity are increased when a goal or challenge is set. The games break down barriers between individuals and/or groups.
Even Counselors and teachers are joining in on the fun. Three cheers for team INTERNATIONAL IVY!!
