Here are Some Posts From Our Students the First Week!

"I liked the class.  People here are nice.  I loved building the robot.  Programming it was fun, too.  I  liked sumo wrestling with our robots.  Programming the robot was hard, but fun."

"I really liked programming my tribot because it was really fun figuring out problems.  I named my tribot AMAZING! Ivy camp is really FUN.  My favorite thing about robotics camp was making the tribot.  The teacher was really helpful to me.  And the counselors also helped me A LOT!"  K.S.

"My robot is named Block.  Because in the front it has a shield to push the robots back." L.S.

"I learned a lot this week.  I learned how to program the Lego Mindstorms NXT block.  I learned about all the different sensors.  I learned what supersonic sensors are and light reflecting sensors.  I also learned how to improvise.  You don't always need to follow the instructions.  You can add things for your convenience."

"Camp = awesome. It is soooo fun!!" N.W.

"It is fun.  I had R=42. Camp = awesome.  Camp = :)  The sumo wrestling was fun." A.L.

"Our robots are awesome!  I bet we will win every round in sumo!  Robot = motor, energy and fun!" - H.H.

Please Check back soon for pictures!  We have pictures of our robots sumo wrestling, as well as each individual robot our students made.  You can see for yourselves just how active the minds of the students were throughout the week!
