Wet Day at Chatham

We had a great wet day at Chatham today! Some kids used water guns, refilling them in the bucket so that they could continuously spray other campers. Others used the 200 plus water balloons to toss at each other. The campers also enjoyed spraying the counselors, as you can se in the pictures below! Check out our flickr page to see more action shots from wet day!

The Amazing Photographers Capture the Moment- Edison, Week 2

When I took this photo, I adjusted the ribbon so it sat on top of the camera. The lights made the camera and the ribbon to reflect off the table. I liked this picture the best because it has a cool composition and I like the reflection.

I used a bear, basket, old camera, wallet, bird candle holder, ribbon, and plant. My goal was to make a holiday card. I like the picture because it looks like something I made that looks like a professional picture.

Week 2 at Edison is off to a Great Start!

Week 2 is off to a busy start in Edison. This week, Ivy students are challenging their brains with Brain Training and Training for the Math Athlete, perfecting their technology skills with Mobile App Design, and embracing their creative side with Photography. When the students are not learning new things in class, they enjoying break time, where we play games and relax the mind and body. Yesterday, the children enjoyed a fun game of kickball! Everyone is already looking forward to completed photographs, original brain games, a developed mobile app, and some new math skills!
