Week 3 at Princeton

This week is all about the 5-7 year olds! If they aren't working on more analytical "left-brained" tasks like building robots or playing checkers, they are in story time or are working on more creative "right-brained" activities like making Brazilian masks. From keyboarding to yoga to gaga ball on the playground they are truly having a ball!

Team Work at Somerset! (Week 3)

Today during the AM break, campers had to work together in order to build the tallest marshmallow tower possible! Students used their problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills in order to accomplish this mission. Ultimately, Team 1 was the winner for this challenge. Kudos to both teams for showing great effort!

Math is ALL around us 

Regardless of the age group our campers in Princeton are having fun while learning math!! While our youngsters learn some math basics through visuals in Singapore Math, the older campers are navigating their way through a mock professional sports draft and practicing "Mathlete" worthy problems.  All activities reinforce the essential role math plays in our lives.

Chatham Week 3

We introduced a brand new sport at Ivy Camp this week in Chatham. "Tree Decorating," a brand new sport which involves placing random items on a human tree as fast as possible, was a smash hit. In fact, the winning team plans to take the sport all the way up to the Olympics, so watch out for their team at the 2020 games!

Week one fun at Princeton

Welcome to International Ivy @ Princeton

From math in fantasy sports and pre-architecture to Lego robotics, our campers learned so many things this week! Some campers sketched their dream homes to scale, using techniques of true architects, then virtually built and designed them, while others built their first robots using legos and learned the basics of keyboarding. To round out the fun we wore the craziest hats we could find during our "Theme Thursdays" event.
